This page is here to answer some of the more common questions we receive. If you have a question that is not answered here, or need more specifics regarding a certain topic, simply inquire with us directly here. 1. How long will a project take to complete?

          Due to the nature of graphic design, times can vary greatly. The more extensive and complex a project, the longer it will take. Expect email responses or requests for quotes well within 72 hours, rough drafts/mockups within a week after initial payment is received, and up to 1 to 3 weeks later for completion of product. Note, some projects may be completed far sooner than this, and likewise, the construction of a full website with all the bells and whistles is often a much longer procedure. Use this timetable as a loose guideline.

2. Are costs negotiable?

          Because of the nature of graphic design, not all projects are created equal. Use the pricing guide located here to get a feel for what a given project may cost; since we analyze every situation on a case by case basis, the prices aren't set in stone, and we are willing to work within your budget, including the option for payment plans for large projects.

3. What if I'm not satisfied with the end product?

          Our goal is to deliver high quality material that is both functional and stylish in accordance with what you need. This is why we work closely with clients through the design process to ensure that what they get at the end is what they want. If at any point along the design process you are not satisfied, direct us to change something. We will continue to edit (within reason) the product until it meets your needs. 4. When is payment due?

          After it is decided that you want to go ahead with a project, we require a third of the price of the design cost upfront as a retainer. This is nonrefundable, and is an assurance from the customer that they are serious about enlisting our services. The final payment is due after the end product is approved by the client.

5. What form of payment do you take?

          All orders are processed through an Invoice that is sent to your E-mail. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal. We also take orders by phone.

6. Do you cater to clients outside the United States?

          Yes! As long as we are able to communicate effectively, we are open to clients from other countries. We accept payments outside of the US via Paypal.
